Concours Update!

Update about my order with Concours Car Care, Well as I thought still no products delivered and no money refunded which  is what we Empire and Concours Car Care agreed. They said on Friday that they have transfered our money back, but we didnt received it. and this morning they sent us a text message saying that they dont know how it got to this, but we all know how they didn't deliver and they didn't refund our money. and in the text they said if we send our bank details so they can transfer our money, we said that we gave them to you on Friday that is how you said you did it on Friday. But give it to them again and do you no what, the money didn't go into our account again. So did they do it on the Friday or did they do it today, I think they are just lying and don't know what they are doing as a company. Before you buy from these people I would think really hard, but that is my opinion and a few more on some forums. I don't no why the products had to be paid for before they even had them. They said it is so they know who bought them, well why didnt they just get the product in and then sell it, just like other legimate car care companies.
