And a update on my post about Concours Car Care , Still NO money returned but what do you expect from a company that swear and act like a couple of kids on social network sites. I would say to anyone that is thinking of buying from them to think again, and get the products first as you WILL be waiting along time for the products to get to you. Yes the products are good but not that good that. I lost a very good client and a friend over this company. Louise keeps getting text messages from them say this and that, they are going to sue us for slander even tho what we said was in writing and true. I think they should look up the law. And there text messages say that we should not of booked people in until we got the products, NO NO NO it doesn't work like that, We paid on the 26th of June and he said that it will take 10 days to get here which would of been 5th of July. When I buy products from Clean Your Car they are here the next day! So I thought start booking people in for about 2 weeks as it should be here by then! you would think but no, and they go on as if it is my company's fault that the products are not here. Then they said that we are not allowed in their group anymore as we are making to much bother, well you did take my money and others as well, but they are sheep and just follow! no back bone, We just want our products or money as we paid for them knowing that they would not of been here for 10 days, Why did they not just get the product in and then start taking money for them. At least when we do business we are reliable and we never take money until the client is satisfied. Just a warning we got a very strange text message from one of the other valeters in the Concours group asking where we get our ceramic coatings from, this was after one of our valeters tweeted about ceramic coatings, the message was sent via a text message delivery service which we though was strange as we are more than contactable via normal means. All we are asking for is either the products that we have paid for or our money back. Both of these were promised by Concours Car Care but neither has materialised.
