Update about Concours Car Care delivery or refund, well still not in my bank this morning so I called him but he didnt pick up so I called his other number and suprise no pick up so I kept calling and leaving messages saying that just answer the phone so we can talk about it, as I'm not going to go away. After about 25 / 30 messages later I got a call from someone in the office saying that he had texted saying that I was being agressive and I will receive my refund, But he said three times that he had transfered the money so I was a bit p""""d off, we had asked for the transaction number 4 times but he didnt reply with it. then they said they have seen their statement and the money as gone so really I would say that on the three occasions they was lying. and today he said he was in the bank and he was putting it in himself, I thought yeah, yeah but he did it I was in shock, I think he wanted a thank you, well he wasnt getting one and he didnt get one. You had my money for a month for 4 items now come on now, dont get me wrong their products are good, BUT their customer service and delivery and attitude is apalling, if they got them sorted it would be a good company, but just buying products and sometimes you get them and sometimes you dont just is not good enough. I was trying to help them by putting their name out and about with the right people. I really dont know how this company has lasted since December and I dont no how they will go in the future! anyway that is out the way now, so I can stop getting people emailing them and getting on with their everyday work! which is giving the very best service in Vehicle detailing and valeting in London and Surrey.
