The WORST car cleaning product company!

It has been a while since last post, been really busy. But I had to put this out there, there is a so called car care company called Concours Car Care that sell car detailing products. Well the first order I put in with them took 4 days to get here so i did have some doubtes about ordering again, But yes you got it I did and that took even longer, they say it has been sent out, then the next day they show a picture saying orders going out today, so that seemed a bit funny with me. Now ordered 3 bottle of Ceramic coatings and a 5 ltr of snow foam on the 26/06/12 and it is now the 14/07/12 and it is still not here. We got in touch with them and they give all the waffle saying its here and there and it has been sent the day before, So I said NO I've had it I just want my money back now, I dont think that is unreasonable. They said ok but they said it had been sent the day before so why would they give me my money back so quick, that is because they have not sent the products out and they KNOW that! Now waiting for a instant transfer that has taken two days and I still haven't got  my money in the bank yet. So I take it that my money has not been sent. If I was anyone thinking of getting anything off them don't pay upfront or you will be waiting along time for it. I tried to pm them and call, email but they would not reply, so I had to go on facebook and put it in timeline for them to reply. and now I've got messages from loads of people saying that, this is all they hear about them, not delivering and messing everyone about. If they do not have it in stock just say and I would of bought something else.
