Car valeting funny couple of days in the life of!

Its been a funny couple of days, really weird. first start of the day yesterday we started off with a good little job, did that then off to a customer where someone put her down in the dairy on the wrong day, i should of gone the day before. but we did upgrade her service for free, when i got there i asked how are you going to pay for two Land Rovers and a Ford Mondeo Est, cash, cheque, card, paypal etc, she said no just send me an invoice. i said im not being funny but we have to agree on this and it does state on our website, as we do not no you and would she of given me her products on invoice if i just called and turned up to pick them up. so we just walked of, as she said they add no petty cash, they need two people to sign a cheque and no cards even though there was about 13 cars parked up outside. and they was selling them but only wanted a mini valet so i think i would of had some problem getting the money back. so got on with some car valeting and getting upto date as we are a van down as he is not well, then today i got aletter from Swinton saying that they have put it up an extra £1798.03, i think not i did a search and got it for £484.86. called up swinton and said they are having a laugh and im not paying just cancel, they said that would be £50.00 i have only had it with them for two weeks now come on, i would of thought that because they changed the agreement that is breach of contract! but if i pay that it will still be cheaper for me. i try and do something and work my arse off seven days aweek car valeting / detailing doing headlights and i always get kicked back down as if i am not meant to get on in life. i pay my NI and TAX and all the other bills that come with running a company but they still keep kicking you down. but still we are getting a lot of work coming in and loads for us to do headlights as they want the whole car to look the biz.
